Hyundai LPG Forklift Trucks
The Hyundai LPG series of forklifts provide sophisticated fuel induction technology that saves greatly on fuel consumption and reduces harmful emissions. With lower emission and pollution levels, LPG operated forklifts are a lot safer in general for all your workers and for the environment.

The following are several benefits and features of the Hyundai LPG Forklift:
Several of the features and benefits of the LPG series consist of water resistant monitor panel and operator friendly gauges, full hydrostatic power steering that prevents overrun and kickback, wet disc brake system which lasts five times longer than conventional braking systems and improves brake performance, quiet operation under heavy load conditions provided by extremely durable power shift transmission. Furthermore, operator safety is increased and operator fatigue is reduced by a full floating head-guard mount.

Change an LPG Cylinder
Forklifts are powered by a variety of sources. They could run using liquid propane or LP gas, gasoline, diesel or battery. LP is a clean burning fuel ideal for many applications. There are several facilities that have large liquid propane supplies on site. This allows forklifts to be refueled anytime they require. In other places, the facility will have spare LP cylinders which are able to be changed out when the machine should be refueled.

When changing out an LP cylinder, you must truly be careful so as to avoid possible serious injuries. Like for instance: be certain to put on the correct safety equipment like heavy gloves, goggles or safety glasses. Make certain that you turned off the ignition of the forklift prior to changing out the tank. Next, close the cylinder valve by turning it until it is firmly closed. Use your hand to loosen the hose connection to the tank. Don't forget that it would turn in the opposite direction of a standard connection and never utilize a metal tool or any kind of wrench on these connections. They are meant to be tightened by hand only.
